Pamela,
This month’s Primary Election was a whirlwind. With over 800 poll monitors trained, covering over 250 poll locations across the state, and with 28 partner organizations responding to issues that volunteers like you reported in real time…we don’t blame you if your head is still spinning.
So, for this month’s Common Cause Florida Democracy Seminar, we’re reviewing what we saw during the Primary—the work we accomplished with the Florida Election Protection Coalition, some of the issues we noticed throughout the early voting period on Election Day, and how we plan to use what we learned in November.
Join on Wednesday, August 26, at 1:00 PM EST
This is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with others who are passionate about building more representative and inclusive democratic systems.
Register and join us in the conversation. We look forward to touching base with you all and making a plan to ensure our democracy stays strong this November.
We hope to see you there!
Oliver Torres, Program Manager
and the team at Common Cause Florida
