[3]   The Trump administration is blatantly rewriting the rules to force their narrative. And instead of pushing back, CBS is censoring its own programming to stay on their good side.   This is just their latest capitulation to Trump and the far-right. In the past year, they've: Handed Trump a massive, $16 million payout to settle a baseless lawsuit. [4] Canceled Colbert's show after he spoke out against their capitulation to Trump. [5] Put pundit Bari Weiss in a leadership role – and stood by as she started blatantly censoring 60 Minutes stories.
