We’ll start with the good news.

Because of the strength of this campaign, five election groups have shifted Ohio to the toss-up column. We’re proving wrong all the naysayers who thought that Ohio was completely out of reach.

But now, Republicans are panicking. They’re pouring $133 million into this race to defeat Sherrod and prop up his Trump-endorsed opponent – and we know there are more attack ads coming.

That’s because analysts predict this will be the most expensive U.S. Senate race in history.

This fight is going to come down to resources, and the only way we’ll be able to stay competitive, reach more voters with our message, and flip this seat is with your grassroots support.

We have a big campaign event today to make sure we’re heading into the final 99 days of this election in the strongest position possible – but to be transparent, moves like this are expensive, and we need to do dozens more of them before November to win.
