There is no plan B or C

Hi, it’s Sherrod again. I'll keep this quick: We're still short of our $2 million end-of-quarter fundraising goal, and the FEC deadline is at midnight, so I'm personally reaching out for help.

I don't rely on shady megadonors or super PACs to fuel this campaign, so I'm being genuine when I say this: I don't have anywhere else to turn. You are my plan A, B, and C.

I’m counting on you because with Senate control at stake in this race, a new poll shows me locked in a dead heat with Jon Husted. Early in-person voting in Ohio is just six days away – which means our window to reach undecided voters gets smaller every single day. That’s what hinges on hitting this fundraising goal.

We simply cannot afford to fall short in a race that experts are predicting will be the closest in the country. So please: Will you give $5 before the FEC deadline at midnight? This is the last quarterly FEC deadline of the election, and the first $1M donations will be matched, dollar for dollar.

Thanks,
Sherrod

When you love your country, you fight for the people who make it work.

Hey there! It's Sherrod Brown.

There's nobody fighting for Ohioans in the U.S. Senate right now, and I won't sit on the sidelines while working people get screwed over by large corporations and wealthy political donors.

If you work hard, you should be able to afford a decent life. But the reality is, life is too expensive. Costs are going up. Wages are staying stagnant. Working people are working harder than ever before, and they're not getting their share of the profit.

This campaign is all about changing that – and election analysts say we have a strong shot at winning in November.

But I'll need your help to pull it off: My opponent is a Washington insider being propped up by the Republican establishment, and he's got virtually unlimited resources.

That's not how our campaign works. We're a grassroots movement, and that means we rely on ordinary people chipping in a couple bucks. If you're able, please make a donation of any amount today. It could be what helps us flip Ohio and the Senate.

Thank you.
