It's true – I lost.

It’s true: In 2024, I lost.

I stood in front of my family, friends, supporters, and staff – people who invested so much hard work and belief in my fight – and had to tell them that we came up short.

I won’t pretend that didn’t hurt.

But I also left that night with pride in the fight that we put up, and a confidence that Ohio is always worth fighting for.

Because when things don’t go your way, the answer is not to run from the fight – it’s to run toward it.

Last August, I shook off the dust and got back in, because nobody is fighting for working Ohioans in the U.S. Senate. And I have a feeling we’re going to make history.

This is shaping up to be the toughest race in the country – and the most expensive. Tech billionaires from Peter Thiel to Elon Musk were already spending $14 million a week against us – and now a corrupt crypto super PAC is adding another $30 million ad blitz.

This is the standard Republican playbook to throw millions of dollars in dark money at the end to win. It has worked before. This time with your support, it won’t.

Nobody thought this seat would be in play for Democrats this year. Now, experts from The Cook Political Report to Fox News agree: Ohio is going our way, and so is the Senate. That’s proof your work is paying off. We can’t lose our momentum now.
