Nate Silver's new model:

Slightly better than even odds to take back the majority.

Chuck Schumer

Nate Silver just launched his 2026 election model, team — and for the first time, one of the most respected forecasters in the country has Democrats favored to win the Senate.

Silver’s model now gives us slightly better than even odds to take back the majority. But this race is still a coin flip.

Chip in before our mid-month deadline and let's press this advantage:

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation to Chuck Schumer will go through immediately:

Now here's the part Silver is careful about: Better-than-even is not a done deal. He still calls flipping four seats "a tall order." His own model says it comes down to a handful of razor-thin races — Texas, North Carolina, Maine, and more — any one of which could go either way.

In other words: We are genuinely winning this right now. And "right now" is exactly when it can slip away, because we're being outspent by Trump and the GOP's billionaire machine — and they haven't even deployed his $400 million war chest yet.

A better-than-even chance only stays better-than-even if we fund the races that decide it. That's what this moment is for.

Rush a donation before our mid-month deadline and help us hold the edge:

Sincerely,

Team Schumer
