RSVP: Democracy in Action training to protect our election on October 12! Dear MoveOn member, Every voter deserves to have their vote counted and easy access to their polling place. Our ballots are our most powerful tool, and we cannot let voter suppression, sabotage, and overreach override the will of the people. While some bad actors work to create burdensome hurdles for voters to cast their ballots, every day people across the country are stepping in to protect our freedom to vote. Join MoveOn's Democracy in Action training on Monday, October 12, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT to learn concrete ways you can take action to support voters and ensure that every voter can safely and freely cast their ballot. On the call, we’ll hear from voting rights and election protection experts from MoveOn, Black Voters Matter, the national Election Protection coalition, and others about what’s at stake in this election and how you can get involved to meaningfully make a difference. With Election Day coming up and early voting starting in many states, now is the time to take action to protect this election. Millions of people are gearing up to vote early with No Kings, while others are volunteering as poll monitors and poll workers to help ensure a fair and smooth election in your community. Anyone can sign up for these actions and we’re here to show you exactly how you can be part of ensuring every voter in your community can safely and freely cast their ballot and have their vote counted. Learn about these critical opportunities to protect our election and every voter’s right to safely and freely cast their ballot during the Democracy in Action training. RSVP here! We’ve marched. We’ve spoken out against injustice. Now let's make sure every vote counts. RSVP for Monday’s call now! We can't wait to see you there. Donald Trump’s authoritarian takeover intensifies every day—but history shows that authoritarian regimes crumble when just 3.5% of people rise up together in sustained resistance. That’s why MoveOn is helping mobilize millions, from massive No Kings protests to our nonstop work to get ICE out of our neighborhoods. This moment demands mass, disciplined, people-powered resistance, and MoveOn can reach, train, and organize at a scale unmatched in the progressive movement.
