Pamela,
You don't know us yet, so we'll be brief. We're Irreplaceable, a nationwide movement of people who believe humans, not machines or tech executives, should decide our future.
On Tuesday, October 20th, people across the country are walking out to demand a freeze on frontier AI development. If you're ready to stand with them, sign up now:

If you're still deciding, here's why it matters.
A handful of tech billionaires are racing to build powerful, unregulated AI that threatens our jobs, our freedoms, and even humanity itself. Bill Gates, once one of AI's biggest optimists, now says AI is "powerful enough to drive events that cause a billion deaths." Geoffrey Hinton, the "Godfather of AI," has warned there's a 10% chance AI could kill all humans.
Even the AI CEOs have started talking about a "slowdown" — as long as they get to write the rules. But Big AI can't be trusted to regulate itself. It's on us to demand real change.
On October 20th, students, professors, workers, and neighbors will gather on campuses and in communities nationwide to share why this fight matters to our lives and futures. Then we'll walk out: to protest at data centers and surveillance sites, to vote early in the midterms, and to bring our demands straight to elected officials.
Our demand is simple: freeze frontier AI development until we all have a say, a stake, and basic safety.
Pamela, will you join the walkout on October 20th?
YES, I'LL WALK OUT →
When you sign up, we'll send you details on walkouts near you. If there isn't one in your area yet, we'll help you start one.
Our future is in our hands. Let's make sure it's the people, not the powerful, who decide what comes next.
Thank you,
Irreplaceable
