As troops deploy to the Middle East and face heightened risks overseas, the challenges of service feel even heavier this Easter season. Moments of support from back home can be a powerful boost to their morale.
On a small base in blistering heat, a soldier begins his shift. Due to mission needs, days off are few and far between. He's been in a constant cycle of high-pressure work, worrying about his family back home and what the next day on deployment will bring. The distance from home feels immense.
Easter is quickly approaching, and the need is rising rapidly for our troops. Holidays like these are the times home feels furthest away. The loneliness sets in, and our heroes simply need a reminder that home hasn't forgotten them.
