Four Republican seats stand between us and the majority.

Democrats are tied or ahead in the exact number of Republican-held seats needed to flip the majority.

For months, taking back the Senate felt out of reach, friends.

Now, Democrats are tied or ahead in the exact number of Republican-held seats needed to flip the majority. But that doesn't mean our path will be easy.

To take back the Senate, Democrats need to defend every Democratic-held seat and flip four Republican-held seats, including multiple states Trump won by over ten points in 2024. Take a look:

Here's the hard truth: tied in the polls isn't the same as winning. To actually flip these seats, we need campaigns on the ground in states where Republicans are already spending heavily to protect their majority.

If we don't keep pace, we'll lose our shot at the majority.

Flipping the Senate means putting a real check on this lawless administration. Losing it means two more years of watching Republicans run the table unchecked.

This is the moment we've been working toward. Let's not waste it.

Please chip in $10 before our end-of-month deadline to help us take back the Senate.

Sincerely,

Schumer HQ
