The next few days can make all the difference for our fight in Florida

Floridians are saying no to rigged voting maps.

Pamela, here’s the thing about momentum: once you lose it, it can be almost impossible to get it back.

And right now, if we press our advantage in the next few days, we can significantly reduce the momentum behind a new attempt to gerrymander Florida’s congressional voting maps.

State lawmakers will begin a special session this week and Governor Ron DeSantis is urging them to pass an illegal redistricting plan that would tilt more U.S. House seats in favor of the GOP — possibly enough to decide control of the chamber.

But with the support of grassroots activists like you, we’ve been supporting the No Partisan Maps coalition on the ground in Florida — to build and demonstrate widespread opposition to new rigged maps.

We can turn the tide here. We can show lawmakers that their constituents don’t want them signing off on a blatant gerrymander. And we can stop this scheme in its tracks.

Please split a donation of any amount between the No Partisan Maps coalition and Fair Fight Action to help strengthen our fight for fair elections with fair maps.

Alongside partners, we’ve been…

  • Contacting and Mobilizing Florida voters to speak out to lawmakers
  • Recruiting attendees for anti-map rigging rallies and other events
  • Calling national attention to this egregious attempted power grab

By the time the Florida legislature gets gaveled back into session in just a couple of days, we need it to be as clear to lawmakers as possible that voters are not on their side.

And every donation can help grow our momentum and drag theirs down. Can you split a contribution between No Partisan Maps and Fair Fight Action to help protect democracy from attempts to suppress voters and rig elections?

In solidarity,

The Fair Fight Action Team
