These three GOP senators probably thought they’d be safe. But they’re not.

Here’s what you need to know about the MOST VULNERABLE Republican U.S. Senators running for re-election in 2026:

#1 – Susan Collins (Maine) 🟡 TOSS-UP

Susan Collins has survived for nearly 30 years by playing the "moderate Republican" card. But this year, her own constituents aren't buying it.

After Collins voted to advance Trump's “One Big Beautiful Bill” – which included massive cuts to Medicaid – and then voted to hand ICE over $75 BILLION in new funding, it became clear no one can trust her. Now, she's trailing Marine veteran and oyster farmer Graham Platner in multiple polls.

DEFEAT SUSAN COLLINS: CHIP IN

#2 – Jon Husted (Ohio) 🟡 TOSS-UP

Husted wasn't elected to his Senate seat – he was appointed. He has never faced voters statewide on his own, and his record is catching up with him.

He voted nine times against restoring Affordable Care Act subsidies, leaving hundreds of thousands of Ohioans without affordable health coverage. Now Sherrod Brown is back, outraising Husted by more than four to one in Q1 – and the race is a dead heat.

DEFEAT JON HUSTED: CHIP IN

#3 – Dan Sullivan (Alaska) 🔴 LEAN R

Sullivan has coasted in Alaska for years by staying close to Trump, but that loyalty is now a liability.

Democrats are targeting Sullivan over his support for Trump's tariffs and the Iran war – and a recent poll found Peltola leading Sullivan 49% to 43%. Recently, a Republican senator conceded that Sullivan is now "clearly concerned" about his re-election.
