It’s blatant corruption.
Friend,
Prediction markets are exploding in popularity with people now betting real money on elections, wars, economic decisions, and government crises.
And now insiders are cashing in on classified information before the public knows what's happening. At least 16 accounts made more than $100,000 each predicting the Iran strike hours before the attack went public.
It’s blatant corruption.
The Senate has already acted to ban senators and staff from participating in these markets. Now the Trump administration and House of Representatives need to follow suit.
Add your name now to demand a ban on government officials betting on prediction markets.
Government officials should never be allowed to profit from inside information about military strikes, legislation, elections, or economic turmoil.
Americans sent leaders to Washington to lower costs and solve problems, not gamble on chaos from inside the government.
It is time to stop predicting politics and start legislating. If you agree government officials must not be allowed to bet on prediction markets, sign our petition today.
Sincerely,
Chuck Schumer
