Donald Trump is attacking me because he’s flailing. He’s relying on his latest gerrymandering scheme to keep control of the House.

Donald Trump’s latest attack on me is as unhinged as ever.

In his latest tirade, he called me a “terrible lawyer with a horrible track record”.

Let me be clear: I wear his scorn as a badge of honor, and I doubt he thinks I’m a terrible lawyer, considering how often I beat him in court.

If you want to stand with me and help defend our democracy from Trump’s authoritarian attacks – and piss off Donald Trump – I’m asking you to chip in $3 to the DCCC to help flip the House blue. In the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision to gut the Voting Rights Act, Trump and the GOP have launched an all-out gerrymandering blitz to rig the midterms in their favor. House Democrats need a SURGE of grassroots support to show the GOP we aren’t backing down. I’m asking you to donate $3 to the DCCC ahead of their critical mid-month fundraising deadline in just 8 hours. Will you step up right now?

In all my years of defending the freedom to vote, I’ve never seen anything like what Trump and the GOP are doing right now.

In a galling 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court gutted the Voting Rights Act – clearing the way for the GOP to rush through new gerrymandered maps ahead of the midterms.

Already, we’ve seen states like Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida move forward with plans to eliminate Democratic-held districts to salvage Trump and the GOP’s chances of maintaining their anti-democracy trifecta.

Their latest scheme is – without question – the biggest rollback of voting rights in my lifetime.

I know things may feel hopeless right now, but we do have a path forward. By electing a Democratic House Majority this November, we can put in place a pro-democracy firewall that protects the freedom to vote from Trump’s tyrannical ambitions. If defending our democracy from Donald Trump is important to you, I’m asking you to chip in $3 to the DCCC before their mid-month deadline expires at midnight tonight. This is our last line of defense. Will you stand with me in defense of our democracy?
