Weapons CEOs are heading to the White House

Together, we'll build a movement powerful enough to stop this war. ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏  ‌͏

The news on Iran is getting worse by the minute, Pamela: Bombs falling across 12 countries have hit hospitals and schools, killing hundreds, including children and six U.S. servicemembers.

And as the violence rages, news just broke that Lockheed Martin and Raytheon CEOs are heading to the White House for a Friday meeting about how to fuel it with an additional $50 BILLION.[1]

That's OUR taxpayer dollars, Pamela. It's money that should be used for healthcare, education, and more. Trump, Hegseth, Rubio, and others would use it to sow chaos, fear, and bloodshed a world away.

It's simply unconscionable. And if you know anything about Win Without War, you know that we are jumping into action to stop it.

Less than a week after the initial U.S.-Israeli strikes began, this crisis has rapidly spiraled, and Trump has warned that a "big wave" of violence is yet to come. Our work is only beginning, and risks burning through our annual budget, and grassroots supporters like you can help fill the gap.

Win Without War rejects the idea that the violence and suffering we're witnessing are inevitable, which is why we are in an all-out sprint to stop this war before more lives are lost, more families are shattered, and billions of dollars more are spent on bombings in our name.

Already, we've mobilized tens of thousands of activists to demand Congress use every tool available to rein Trump in. We're briefing lawmakers, movement leaders, and thousands of activists on how we mobilize our anti-war majority. We're raising the alarm in the media and gearing up to launch bold ads and mobile billboards that cannot be ignored, and are all united behind one urgent demand: No War!

It's increasingly clear that the administration has no clear plans to de-escalate and is horrifyingly comfortable with the rising casualty count. Just this week, Trump refused to rule out sending U.S. troops into Iran.[2]

Congress' failures to rein in Trump to this point have only emboldened him to act like a king, but multiple legislative efforts are in play that could quickly turn the tide, and we can't afford to stay silent on any of them.

Lawmakers and other powerful decision-makers are already hearing from a lot of others — special interests, the White House, the weapons lobby, and so many others — who want to keep this war going.

So, we need to make sure that they hear from us, the anti-war majority. It'll require seizing every opportunity to push lawmakers, CEOs, the press, and the 3 in 4 Americans who oppose Trump's horrific war to speak out through op-eds, petitions, phone calls, or in the streets at No Kings on March 28.

In the face of so much pain and devastation, it's easy to feel powerless in this moment. But here's the truth: the fact that a majority of people and nearly all elected Democrats are advocating for an end to this war — a war the hawks have clamored and built toward for decades — just days after it began, is no small feat.

It has taken many years of creative organizing, deep electoral work, and impassioned advocacy — Hill visits, protesting, signing petitions, and making calls — to be here.

The tragic reality is that it's not enough, at least not yet. But we know the power we're capable of when we work together. It's how we pulled back from war before, and with hundreds of thousands speaking out at every turn, we'll do it again.

Together, Pamela, let's reject Trump's reckless war of choice and move forward to build the safe and more just world we all want and deserve.

Thank you for working for peace,
The Win Without War team
