Last night, we won our primary election for North Carolina’s U.S. Senate seat – and we’re officially going up against Donald Trump’s handpicked candidate, Michael Whatley, in the race experts say will decide Senate control. The GOP is already attacking our campaign. They’re lying about my record here in North Carolina. They’re spending millions of dollars to try to defeat me. Unless we fight back now, we will enter the general election at a huge disadvantage. This is predicted to be the most expensive Senate race in history, and we need to raise $1 million in less than 48 hours to kick things off in the strongest position possible.
