Pamela, these last few weeks have been a HUGE wake-up call to the dangers of Trump's warmongering.
Just days into 2026, and the Trump administration has already single-handedly staged a coup in Venezuela to extract its oil, occupied Minneapolis with lawless ICE agents who murdered Renee Good, driven us terrifyingly close to war with Iran, and more. His actions are often as unconstitutional as they are criminal.
Trump's popularity continues to drop amidst an affordability crisis. Right now, more people than ever before want to abolish ICE. And in the past few days, Congress has dealt multiple, consecutive blows to his agenda. Trump's response? Threatening and unleashing violence at home and abroad.
The danger of this moment cannot be overstated. But resistance to Trump's violence, instability, and deprivation is growing, and that's why we cannot let up on our demand for No Kings and No Wars for one second.
Our tactics — Know Your Rights billboards for troops, on-the-ground advocacy in DC, movement partner support, ads to hold decision-makers accountable, and mobilizing tens of thousands of people across the country to speak out every day — are working. But we can't keep it all up without you.

Trump is most reckless and impulsive when he's backed into a corner. We know because we've seen it — and stopped him — before.
In 2020, we narrowly averted war with Iran after Trump ordered the assassination of a senior Iranian military leader.
Before that, we helped build a coalition of activists who demanded change and successfully got bipartisan majorities of a Republican-led Congress to vote against U.S. military aid to Saudi Arabia in the face of incredible suffering and violence in Yemen.
And just last week, we pushed the White House into crisis mode on its reckless plans to "run" Venezuela, forcing them to send in the Vice President to break a stalemated war powers vote in the Senate.
We're just getting started. Win Without War is throwing up roadblocks everywhere we can and every way we know how: in the media, in Congress, and with partners across the movement, including former diplomats, think-tanks, and activists, to build a massive alliance to say NO KINGS, NO WAR. Today and every day, we'll continue to show Trump that the people believe in democracy, and we're not done defending it.
Since Trump was inaugurated, his administration has shown us they are on a deliberate path to dismantle the Constitution, enrich themselves and their billionaire friends, and unleash the power of the federal government against the very people it should be supporting and defending.
Unless we show the world that the people across the country reject the future Trump's attempting to build, he will take our silence as permission. So let's stay loud.
