Democrats have recruited the most formidable candidates possible across multiple battleground states, while Republicans have been bogged down by divisive primaries, recruitment failures, and a toxic agenda that voters are rejecting. Not only do we have strong candidates and a favorable political environment, but we also have proven messaging. We are the party that will cut costs, stand up for democracy, and fight for working-class families. Republicans will jack up prices, let Trump do whatever he wants, and they only care about their billionaire donors. With strong political tailwinds and even stronger candidates - here's a breakdown of our top flip opportunities. Top Flip Opportunities - North Carolina - We recruited Gov. Roy Cooper – a proven Democratic leader who's never lost an election.
- Ohio - Sherrod Brown stepped up to run. He is beloved statewide with name recognition, and running against an appointed opponent.
- Maine - Susan Collins is in her weakest position ever as she faces down a tough Democrat challenge.
- Alaska - Mary Peltola – a proven statewide winner in a purple state who puts cost-of-living and health care first, is ready to flip this seat.
