We can’t make this mistake

Yep, you're seeing that right. Sherrod Brown is AHEAD of his Republican opponent Jon Husted in his battleground Senate race in Ohio. This isn't my first rodeo, so let me tell you a few things that this news tells me:

Ohio is absolutely in play this year. I know what a winning campaign looks like, so believe me when I say that Sherrod Brown and this grassroots team have what it takes to win this seat.

This race is kicking into a brand-new, higher gear. Senate control hinges on what happens right here in Ohio, which means there's going to be a whole lot more attention and outside funding coming into this race SOON.

Our momentum cannot be a fluke. Ohio's last Senate race broke records for the most expensive Senate race EVER. If he's going to pull off this historic upset, Sherrod will need more grassroots help than ever before – and that means he needs all of us to answer the call.
