I have to be honest, I just made a risky decision. Here's the situation.
The crypto industry's top super PAC, Fairshake, has spent more than $40 million against me. And just this week, the GOP’s top super PAC in charge of holding the Senate majority dropped another seven-figure ad buy to spread more lies about me. So I greenlit another $500,000 ad buy to respond to their attacks.
With only days left until Election Day, we've got to be prepared for every attack. Can you rush $5, $25, or even just a few bucks to help us make up the budget gap and put up a fight? |
|
|
Look, it's a gamble, especially after we already made one last ad payment, but this is the information I'm working with:
These crypto billionaires and Husted allies are terrified of the movement we're building. Our fight for hardworking people is gaining steam. Their fight for their own portfolios and bank accounts isn't popular.
We know that Ohioans support our message – but we have to get it to them before Republicans and special interest groups skew the narrative.
The crypto lobby knows they have a friend and enabler in Jon Husted. He's done nothing but bend the knee to them.
So pushing our budget to the brink is a risk worth taking. Who wins the Senate depends upon our race, and with 5 days left, we can't play it safe.
We need another $500K from digital platforms by midnight, otherwise we'll have to go dark right as the last ballots are being cast. Is there anything you can chip in to help us stay in the fight? |

Hey there! It's Sherrod Brown.
There's nobody fighting for Ohioans in the U.S. Senate right now, and I won't sit on the sidelines while working people get screwed over by large corporations and wealthy political donors.
If you work hard, you should be able to afford a decent life. But the reality is, life is too expensive. Costs are going up. Wages are staying stagnant. Working people are working harder than ever before, and they're not getting their share of the profit.
This campaign is all about changing that – and election analysts say we have a strong shot at winning in November.
But I'll need your help to pull it off: My opponent is a Washington insider being propped up by the Republican establishment, and he's got virtually unlimited resources.
That's not how our campaign works. We're a grassroots movement, and that means we rely on ordinary people chipping in a couple bucks. If you're able, please make a donation of any amount today. It could be what helps us flip Ohio and the Senate.
If you'd like to receive exclusive updates from my team, you can text "OHIO" to 64054.
Thank you.
