Over the weekend, Trump launched a "massive and ongoing" military operation in Iran. That's right, he's starting reckless wars instead of addressing the affordability crisis he created here at home.
While Trump focuses on foreign wars, working families are still stretching every dollar just to get by. And his plans will only make it worse. Instead of helping American families struggling to pay for skyrocketing utility bills, grocery prices, and health care, he's dragging the country into a costly conflict already driving up global oil prices and further squeezing household budgets.
Pamela, we want to know where you stand: We need to bring down utility prices, not risk more lives and waste billions of taxpayer dollars starting reckless wars.
Trump had the opportunity to shield families from foreign oil price shocks with clean energy, but instead he's chosen fossil fuels and military action that leaves Americans paying the price. It's time for leadership that addresses Trump's affordability crisis and puts American families first.
