They're targeting progressive leaders who dare to actually do their jobs, and refuse to be bought or intimidated. AIPAC is exploiting campaign finance loopholes to flood the primaries with their millions, doing everything they can to drown out the voices of our people-powered movement. In New York, they spent over $24 million to unseat Jamaal Bowman, turning his race into the most expensive House primary in history. They did the same thing to Cori Bush, they've gone after my sister, and targeted me. No progressive candidate is safe from their massive warchest and their willingness to weaponize it against our democracy. Even more alarming: The billionaire donors fueling AIPAC are the same ones who bankrolled Trump's return to office. And now they're trying to meddle in the Democratic primaries. When that kind of money crashes into a race, it distorts the entire election. It buries people-powered campaigns under an avalanche of attack ads, and forces candidates to spend time defending themselves instead of focusing on what really matters: speaking to the issues that working people face. We can't stand by while AIPAC tries to dictate the primaries. Elections should be decided by voters, not whoever can write the biggest check.
