ELITE takes the extraordinary step of pulling in personal data from other government agencies, including Medicaid. Then, ICE uses this mountain of data to plan its next violent raid. ICE's use of Palantir's spying tech is a blatant violation of our right to privacy. Congress must end ICE's surveillance overreach immediately. When masked ICE agents raid homes, schools, and workplaces, and kidnap people from their communities, it's done with the help of Palantir.
