There's no running from their record

I still do not quite believe the week Republicans have planned, friend. Today, Republicans kick off their convention in Dallas — the first midterm convention either party has held in more than forty years, with two nights in an arena, Trump headlining both, and a $25,000 minimum donation for any member of Congress who wants in the door. Forty-five said no, or wouldn't commit. That's the President's own party, two months from Election Day, deciding that almost anywhere is better than a stage next to him.
