Pamela,
The United States was once the undisputed global leader in scientific innovation. Our breakthroughs — from lifesaving medicine to technology — helped build the nation we're proud of today.
And few breakthroughs have done more to protect us than vaccines. They are one of humanity's greatest defenses: shielding our children, safeguarding our communities, and serving as a testament to what science can achieve when we allow it to thrive.
But now, that legacy is under attack.
But the Trump administration — under the guidance of extremists like Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — is working to roll back access to vaccines and undermine science-based health policy. Their actions threaten to sow confusion and fear at a moment when we need trust, clarity, and facts more than ever.
I refuse to let that happen in Minnesota.
That's why I signed an executive order protecting Minnesotans' access to vaccines — a commitment rooted in science, not politics. Minnesota will not let extremism dictate whether families can protect themselves and their loved ones.
But I need you with me. To stop this surge of misinformation and defend the health of our communities, we must show overwhelming public support — a clear, unmistakable stand for science and against those who would put lives at risk.
If you're ready to join this fight, add your name to stand with me in defending science and rejecting extremism.
Together, we can show the rest of the country what it means to put people's health and safety first.
Thank you for taking action,
Governor Tim Walz
