Governor Greg Abbott has failed Texans.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Abbott has undermined science and public health at every turn.
At the height of the pandemic, he barred school boards, mayors, county judges, and even private businesses from implementing common sense public health measures that could have prevented thousands upon thousands of deaths.
As a result, we've lost over 73,000 of our friends, family members, and neighbors to Abbott's bungled response to the pandemic.
This is happening because Abbott has stopped listening to, trusting, and working for Texans. He's put us all at risk in his efforts to cater to the loudest, most extreme voices in his party.
