Pamela, It's been a busy month protecting access to the ballot box. Governor Brian Kemp signed a new voter-suppression bill into law and we shared news of the ruling in the Georgia Coalition vs. Raffensberger case that will create unjust roadblocks for thousands of voters. And as we get closer to the November election, we expect anti-voter extremists to ramp up their efforts to suppress the freedom to vote. We need grassroots supporters like you to help fight back. Before May 31, we need to raise $10,000 to ensure we'll reach our end-of-month fundraising goal — your gift today can help get us there. Georgia's new anti-voter law, SB 189, is expected to disenfranchise thousands of voters during a critical election year. This legislation could embolden right-wing activists in their efforts to kick Black and brown voters off the rolls, gives additional power to election deniers, imposes impractical and burdensome voting regulations for unhoused voters, and could keep thousands from voting. We have to work even harder to ensure free and fair elections for all — and a donation from you, big or small, can go a long way. Help get to $10,000 before Friday to help keep our movement strong. Thank you for working to defend our democracy from anti-voter attacks. The Fair Fight Team |
