There are just over five months until Election Day. Powered by People is organizing across Texas to make the most of the time we have left, focusing on finding eligible unregistered Democrats and bringing them onto the rolls. Texas now has the second-largest population of young voters in the nation. They're helping to make Texas one of the competitive battleground states in America, and they're the key to winning big elections in 2024 and beyond. To reach these important voters, our volunteers are putting in the work to counter GOP suppression on college campuses. They're registering students to vote, connecting the dots on what makes this election so important, and making sure they have everything they need to cast a ballot in November. We're hiring organizers in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston to support the hundreds of volunteers who are out in the field doing this work. Depending on resources, we may be able to hire organizers in additional areas as well. Which is why I'm reaching out to you today.
