As 2025 comes to a close, we've been reflecting. In a year that's tested everyone's resolve, this community has pushed through and fought back.
When the Trump administration attacked clean energy jobs that power our communities, you showed up. When they repealed critical climate and clean energy investments we fought hard for, you took action. When Republicans in Congress held our government hostage during the shutdown, you made your voice heard. This year has been full of uncertainty, but time and time again, this community continued to show up.
Our persistence matters, Pamela. It gives our movement strength in moments when our opponents hope we quiet down. And that show of strength will be more important than ever in 2026.
We're entering a year that will define the future of U.S. climate action (and so much more), with deep impacts on our health, safety, food, air, water, public lands, and cost of living. The stakes are high -- and so is our determination.
This year was tough -- but you proved that tough years don't break movements. They strengthen them.
Thank you for showing up, for speaking out, and for refusing to give up on a livable future. We're honored to be in this fight with you, and we can't wait to build something even bigger in the year ahead.
