The partial government shutdown is over… for now. Congress passed a funding deal that separated DHS funding from the rest of the federal budget, keeping the government open while Congress continues to negotiate oversight of DHS. That means the strategy to prevent Republicans from holding government funding hostage to protect Kristi Noem and her failures at DHS worked. It worked because people like you spoke up and demanded better.
But the fight is not over yet. We need your help to keep the pressure on, Pamela. Tell Congress now: Impeach Kristi Noem.
