Trump wants all of us living in fear, and I don't intend to let him win.

Team, if you're feeling like this isn't the country you grew up in, I don't blame you.

If you can believe it, Trump said I should be hanged, Pete Hegseth threatened to court-martial me, and now the Department of Defense is threatening to reduce my rank and pension.

All for saying things the president didn't like to hear.

Don't make the mistake of thinking this is just about me. It's about every person who has the courage to speak out against Trump. Trump wants all of us living in fear, and I don't intend to let him win.

There's no telling what comes next. We need to be prepared for any outcome and show we won't be deterred by the threats coming our way from Trump and his Administration as we fight to flip the House and the Senate. We don't need to wait until 2028 to stop the Trump Administration.

Democrats only need to flip three seats to win a House majority, and we have incredible pickup opportunities in Senate races across the country.

But Democrats are facing two serious challenges that could keep Republicans in power:

1. Trump has raised $2 BILLION to shield House and Senate Republicans from the electoral consequences of his disastrous agenda.


2. Trump now controls all the power of the American presidency, and he's using it to attack and intimidate people into silence -- making our job as Democrats even harder.

But right now, House and Senate Democrats are falling short of our first critical fundraising goal of 2026. And at this crucial early stage in the fight, failure to launch could spell disaster.
