Hi USO Supporter,
It's Charles Kelley of Lady A, and today, I'm asking you to join me in making a holiday donation to the USO to support our heroes in uniform. Let me explain why this is so important.
I'm thankful every day for all the brave heroes who serve our country, and I know the holidays can be particularly tough for those deployed overseas.
While you and I are enjoying the season with our loved ones, they're in a lonely military barracks thousands of miles away from home, just hoping they'll be able to find a secure internet connection and have time to call their families.
The USO is working around the clock to make this season joyful for them, from delivering care packages to providing warm holiday meals. But as a nonprofit, the USO relies on folks like you and me to keep this incredibly important work going.
Right now, thanks to a match offer from a generous group of donors, all gifts, up to a total of $50,000, will be worth twice as much to help provide holiday meals and other critical support to service members this Christmas and into the new year.
