This is unacceptable. Nour* is a 15-year-old refugee in South Sudan who is unable to go to school while the war in Sudan rages on. She is the oldest of seven children, and two of her siblings have struggled to receive medical care for ongoing health issues. This is unacceptable. In Sri Lanka, the economic crisis has made life worse for children like Heshani,* who was unable to go to school after a fuel shortage. With her family struggling to afford the basics, her parents often had to skip meals to ensure Heshani and her brother had enough to eat. This is unacceptable. And in Gaza, the road to recovery is long for children like Rami,* who was severely injured along with his family when a bomb hit the house where they were staying. This is unacceptable.
