These statistics are staggering

This isn't a partisan issue―but it's sitting in Mitch McConnell's graveyard with everything else the House has passed since 2018.

Tell Congress:

"New polling confirms that Americans have had enough with Big Pharma and high drug prices. Democrats, independents & Republicans all agree: it's time to lower drug prices. Americans are feeling squeezed by higher drug prices, and are united behind the need to lower drug prices. We need action!"

New Gallup polling reveals that two-thirds of all Americans report that prescription drug prices have increased since the start of the Trump administration.1 75% of Americans want the Senate to act on H.R. 3, the Elijah E. Cummings Lower Drug Costs Now Act. This includes 76% of independents and 72% of Republicans.

This isn't a partisan issue―but it's sitting in Mitch McConnell's graveyard with everything else the House has passed since 2018.

ADD YOUR NAME: We demand ACTION to lower drug prices!

Americans are deeply worried about high prescription drug prices and desperate for action. It's mind-boggling that Big Pharma and its lobbyists can squash such a massive public outcry. Americans deserve a government that cares more about people than corporations.

Nearly one-fourth of American adults report not being able to pay for their prescription drugs at least once in the past year.

13% report they've had a friend or family member die within the past five years because they couldn't afford the medical treatment they needed. If the situation is this bad before a pandemic and a plunging economy, how much worse will it get? Americans can no longer afford to wait and find out.

For too long, our politicians have failed the American people. For too long, greedy pharmaceutical corporations and their lobbyists have squelched any efforts to remedy this injustice. For too long, Americans have been driven to desperation, scrounging for money that isn't there, to pay for life-saving prescription drugs, that they aren't able to get. For too long, too many have died. It's time to say: no longer.

Tell Congress: Come on, how many times do we have to ask for lower drug prices?!

Thanks,

Alex Lawson
