We said from the start of this campaign that in order to defeat Greg Abbott, we'd need to build the largest organizing program in Texas history. We've done exactly that.
Houston volunteers ready to elect Beto This year, we've already knocked on almost twice as many doors, made twice as many calls, written millions more letters, and sent four times as many texts as we had at the same point in 2018.
We came within just 2.6 points of winning in 2018, so if we can continue outpacing our previous organizing, we can overcome the odds and win.
Phone banking in Dallas Now, our team is preparing our huge get out the vote (GOTV) push starting on October 3. We're hosting 120 organizing rallies across the state where staff explain our plan to win, recruit volunteers, and finalizing our plans to launch more than 4,000 block walks in the final weeks.
