I am debating Greg Abbott tonight to make sure that every Texan understands how badly he has failed this state and how ready we are for change.
It is critical that we have the resources to get the key takeaways and most powerful moments of the debate to voters throughout Texas. If we raise $250,000 before I take the stage, I am confident that we can immediately get the word out to those who have the power to decide the outcome of this election.
Though we have accepted more than five different debate invitations, Abbott has refused to take questions directly from voters in a town hall-style debate. That means this is likely the only joint debate we get in this election.
