It's been an incredible 36 hours. I am so proud to be on this team.
The Kamala Harris that millions of Americans saw for the first time on Thursday night is the same one we see every single day in hearings, in closed-door sessions, and in meetings with the team. She holds everyone around her accountable, and challenges them to be at their best every day.
And it's the same joyful warrior that millions of Americans have gotten to know out on the campaign trail.
These are qualities that will make her an incredible president -- and the best candidate to beat Donald Trump in November 2020.
I don't know about you, but after Thursday night, I'm even more fired up to see Kamala prosecute the case against four more years of Donald Trump and this Administration.
Kamala started this campaign by saying she would speak the truth to the American people. That's what she did this week. And it's what she's going to continue to do, no matter who shares the debate stage with her.
