I didn't think it was possible, but Kevin McCarthy sunk to a new low. After making backroom deals to threaten Social Security and Medicare and pushing extreme anti-abortion legislation, McCarthy just gave away security tapes from the Jan 6 attack to Tucker Carlson and Fox News.

The security footage that McCarthy carelessly gave away is dangerous. It exposes the Capitol complex and poses grave security risks to all who work here. It's the last thing that should be handed over to Tucker Carlson -- one of the most extreme conspiracy theorists of our time.
