In Georgia and in Texas, we've seen what it means to have cruel and divisive governors who are more interested in building their own power than fighting for their people. The stakes couldn't be higher in either of our races.
That's why I am running — to fight for Georgians and defeat the Republicans. And that's why Beto is running to fight for Texans and defeat Greg Abbott. We will do everything in our power to make your lives better.

One of the most urgent issues at stake in both of our races is protecting democracy from dangerous and sustained attacks on voting rights.
But that's why Beto and I are here. We have proven that we can do the work for our people, protect voting rights — and that we have what it takes to change the course of history.
When Greg Abbott turned his attention to voter suppression last summer, I was glad to see Beto taking immediate action, mobilizing even more people into our democracy. He testified at the Texas Capitol against several anti-democratic bills and traveled across Texas to bring as many people as possible to the conversation.
And here in Georgia, I have stood up against Brian Kemp and his Republican allies as they shamelessly work to erode voting rights and use their positions to try and give themselves the advantage in this race.
Alongside grassroots supporters like you, Beto and I have been fighting hard for voting rights and to open the gates of opportunity for the people of Georgia and Texas. But in order to win in November and really get to work, we need your support again today.
