We cannot stand idly by as the GOP so blatantly attempts to undermine our democratic process.

What just happened in Georgia has me livid and fired up to fight back, and I'm hoping I can count you in. Governor Brian Kemp signed into law S.B. 202 yesterday -- a massive voter suppression bill that my friend Stacey Abrams called "Jim Crow 2.0." Let me be perfectly clear: This bill is intended to make it harder for folks in Black and Brown communities to vote. Full stop. S.B. 202 imposes stricter voter I.D. laws, limits the number of ballot drop boxes, and even criminalizes giving people food and water as they wait in line -- sometimes for hours -- to cast their vote. This is voter suppression, plain and simple, and we must push back. The Democratic National Committee is working day and night to fight the onslaught of attacks on folks' sacred right to vote. From litigating cases in the highest court in the land to running a 24/7 voter protection hotline to placing organizers on the ground, we're doing everything we can to fight back.
