Step into my shoes

It's really one of the toughest decisions on the campaign.

Friends -

As the campaign manager, one of the toughest choices I'm faced with is how to best allocate the money we raise in a way that maximizes our chances of winning primaries, caucuses, and delegates.

We're in the middle of that conversation right now. You may have seen that no less than five of our opponents are on television in Iowa, for example.

Now, TV ads are an important tool, but they are only one tool.

And since this campaign is funded exclusively by people like you, most often in response to emails like this one, I thought it important to ask for your thoughts:

Take my quick survey: if you were the Bernie 2020 campaign manager, how would you prioritize spending the small-dollar donations that power this campaign?

Here's the first question in our short survey:

Pick your top THREE priorities for campaign spending if you were trying to win the nomination as Bernie's campaign manager:

Like I said, we are in the process of making these spending decisions right now. Every campaign is. Things are really heating up.

But we are unique in that almost all of our donations come from people like you chipping in what they can afford, whenever they can afford it. So I want a read on what you hope we do with the donations you give.

Take our quick survey – how would you prioritize our campaign spending?

Thanks for sounding off. I will take a look at these results over the weekend.

All my best,

Faiz Shakir
