Which makes Susan Collins' Trumpian voting record a serious mismatch for the state. But it makes sense when you consider that after her vote, the same dark money group that spent $5 million defending Kavanaugh ran positive ads for Collins, AND she had the best fundraising quarter of her career. Collins' big-dollar donors aren't waiting to invest in the future of this Senate seat -- and we can't either.
