Activist - On February 15, 2019 Donald Trump declared a fake "National Emergency" so he could steal taxpayer money to build his partisan racist re-election Wall Fence. Trump's declaration is clearly an impeachable offense: There is absolutely no emergency on our southern border - Trump's own national security advisors said so. Trump is deliberately lying to the American people, which is itself a dictatorial abuse of the Presidency. Trump's dictatorial abuse of his "National Emergency" powers is a direct assault on the "National Emergency" law, which was written for true emergencies, not partisan politics. It is also a direct assault on the Constitution, which gives Congress exclusive power to allocate taxpayer money. Even Republicans know this is a clear abuse of Presidential authority, but they are putting blind partisanship ahead of their Constitutional duties. Since stealing the White House with illegal help from Russia, Trump has committed dozens of impeachable offenses. As a result, House Democrats have already launched several investigations that could lead to impeachment, as has Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller.
