Hello Pamela! In just a minute, I'm going to ask you to personally endorse my campaign in the special election to represent Ohio's 11th District in Congress, but first I want to tell you a little bit about me and why I'm running. When I was young, my grandma told me that all you need are the three bones: the wishbone, the jawbone and the backbone. The wishbone to keep you hoping, the jawbone to give you the courage to speak truth to power, and the backbone to give you the courage to stand through all your trials and tribulations. I took my grandma's wisdom to heart. If you know me, you know I am a passionate fighter for the people and I always have been. That is why I'm running. When I get to Congress, Ohio's 11th District is going to have someone not only willing to speak truth to power, but work diligently to ensure that policies provide much needed relief for our community. Getting there won't be easy. We're going to need that backbone to stand up to those who will do and say anything to stop us. But if we're in this together, they won't have a chance.
