No executive order has been released. It's not Donald Trump's first broken promise on drug pricing. When he first ran for president in 2016, Trump said he would act to lower drug prices. Instead, Trump appointed a former top executive at Pharma giant Eli Lilly to be his Secretary of Health and Human Services – and did nothing.4 ADD YOUR NAME: Tell Donald Trump to put up or shut up on drug pricing. Trump is trying to take credit for an executive order he promised but never released! Again and again, Trump says he will act to lower drug prices. Again and again, he doesn't. Bragging about an executive order to lower drug prices that doesn't exist is classic Trump. Stop trying to fool the American people. We see what you've done to lower drug prices: nothing!
