Here's the truth: we've sent a number of fundraising emails about tonight's deadline because, quite honestly, these messages are how we fund this campaign.
It's amazing to think about it. To fund a presidential campaign primarily via email... but hopefully it also illustrates why we've sent a number of them before tonight's deadline.
So when you see our poll numbers rise and see our staff in your state — it's these requests that make that possible. But it also means we have to ask:
