It’s time to take the gloves off

Friend, I've got about half a century of politics under my belt, so you can trust me when I say this: Rick Scott poses one of the single greatest threats to our democracy and everything that we Democrats care about — full stop. Now I'm known for making some pretty bold statements, but this is no exaggeration: Rick Scott is pushing an agenda so extreme, even Mitch McConnell wants nothing to do with it. I'm talking about ending Social Security and Medicare, raising taxes on working families, a national abortion ban, and so much more. So I'm scared half to death thinking about what could happen if we give this guy 6 more years in Washington — especially with MAGA extremists on the cusp of retaking the Senate. But right now, Democrat Debbie Mucarsel-Powell is falling dangerously short of her $150,000 mid-month goal.
