It's an indictment on a justice who's involved in too many corruption scandals to count. He has failed to recuse himself in Supreme Court cases where he had a clear conflict of interest — including in January 6 cases even though his wife, Ginni Thomas, was involved in efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Thomas has accepted undisclosed, paid-for luxury vacations from right-wing billionaire GOP mega-donors and is caught up in a web of conservative dark money benefitting him and his wife. These are some of the many reasons why Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez filed articles of impeachment against Thomas and Samuel Alito (who is caught up in similar corruption scandals).
