Friend – in a moment, I'm going to ask you a simple question. But first, I'd like to tell you what this race means to me.

I got into politics to make a difference for workers and families. When I travel across Ohio, I hear from autoworkers, nurses, and teachers in every corner of the state. Their stories bring our fight ahead into focus.

I see their troubles and concerns, and more importantly, I see their hopes and dreams – and then I recommit myself to fighting for them every day in the Senate. Because when you love this country, you fight for the people who make it work.

So while my three Republican opponents are fighting over who gets to run against me, I have one question for you: Are you with me?
