This isn't the first time we're emailing about Trump's visit and our upcoming FEC fundraising deadline, so we'll get right to the point: there is no winning the White House in 2024 without winning Michigan. That goes for Joe Biden, and that goes for Donald Trump.
But Trump also knows the better Elissa Slotkin does in this Senate, the worse it is for him. That's why he tore into her in his last visit, calling her a "Far Left Liberal Lunatic."
So this trip will be the next of many because Trump knows he needs to keep his supporters consistently motivated between now and November. Every time he visits he gets more volunteer activity and he gets more media attention — both things he wants for his campaign.
If everyone reading this donated even $3, we would not only have a huge number of donations and counter the post-Trump Republican enthusiasm, but we would reach the goals we need to hit in order to win this race.
